The first study in Impossible Toronto draws a courtyard block onto typical Toronto streets: a green centre, with dense, elegant buildings defining the edges. Detailed renderings and measured drawings show what the block would look like here. A punch list at the end sets out the zoning, building code, and other rules that stand in its way, and where they could change.
