Staff members from Neptis delivered a workshop to a senior undergraduate course on data journalism. In this course, students explore the challenges of beat reporting in a competitive environment, producing breaking news, features and special investigations to be published in the School of Journalism's newspaper, the Ryersonian, and elsewhere. The workshop focused on using publicly available sources of data to create new stories, and features Neptis's work on the Transportation Tomorrow Survey.
